We write the first meaningful institutional check into infrastructure companies — typically pre-seed or seed — before product-market fit is established. Our conviction is thesis-driven, not momentum-driven.
Based in Hong Kong, we offer portfolio companies unparalleled access to institutional capital flows, regulatory relationships, and distribution networks across Asia's largest financial hubs — sovereign funds, family offices, and tier-one exchanges.
Our mandate covers both equity and token positions, allowing us to support founders from pre-seed through token generation event and beyond — continuity of capital when it matters most.
We hold through cycles. Infrastructure companies take longer to build and longer to compound. We are structured to support that timeline with a fund designed for patient capital.

Thesis
The regulatory moment has arrived. The GENIUS Act established the first federal framework for payment stablecoins in the United States. Hong Kong's licensing regime created Asia's regulated hub for digital asset issuance. Nasdaq filed to trade tokenised securities on its main market.
The compliance overhang that suppressed institutional deployment of capital for five years has been resolved. The infrastructure layer of this new financial system is being built now — and the window to invest at early-stage valuations is closing.
Silver Tree was formed to participate in this moment: a fund with the mandate, network, and regulatory positioning to back the companies building institutional-grade digital finance. We are not a crypto trading fund. Our portfolio companies serve banks, custodians, asset managers, and exchanges.
